Ingredients

  • 2 medium Tomatoes Sliced

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, mash the avocado with lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  • Spread the mayonnaise on one side of each slice of bread.
  • On the unspread side of two slices, layer the sliced chicken, avocado mixture, tomato slices, and basil leaves (if using).
  • Top with the remaining slices of bread, mayonnaise side up.
